Puistokatu 4 opens its doors on August 8th! Located in Kaivopuisto, the Space for Science and Hope celebrates its’ Grand Opening with an immersive installation that takes over the entire mansion.
Called ‘14 huonetta (14 Rooms)’, the experience showcases 14 different hopeful visions of the future, set to the backdrop of the beautifully restored house from the 1880s.
Get set to see installations by the likes of actor-author Jani Toivola & director-designer Emilia Hernesniemi, artist and author Rosa Liksom, W A U H A U S Collective, activist group Pehmee, pop artist Teemu Keisteri and the students of Helsinki Upper Secondary School of Visual Art. The experience is accessible to all and free of charge.
Open everyday 8.–21.8., 10am–5pm.
